Have Your Say

Welcome To The Sollershott Surgery

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

The practice entrance is on Sollershott East with disabled parking at the rear of the premises. The practice is fully accessible to disabled patients.

The Sollershott Surgery Update

We have tried to ensure continuity of care by keeping to a limited number of doctors that work on regular days at the practice. Dr Ade (m) is here Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Dr Ogbeta (f) will be on Mondays and Thursdays from November, Dr Orebiyi (m)is here on a Friday, Dr Wilde )m) is here Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The practice is always keen to hear comments and suggestions from patients so please let us know if we are meeting your needs. You can always join our Patient Participation Group - please ask at reception for a form.

Take the Friends & Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.
