The Sollershott Surgery provides a range of primary medical services to the residents of Letchworth Garden City and the adjoining borders of Hitchin and Baldock. The practice was established in 1963 and has been at its current location of 44 Sollershott East, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3JW since 1989.

We have tried to ensure continuity of care by keeping to a limited number of doctors that work on regular days at the practice.

• Dr Prosser is in surgery Monday –Thursday and is our lead salaried GP.
• Dr Singh is in surgery Tuesdays he is also a salaried GP.
• Dr Ade is our long-term locum GP and is here Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The practice is also looking to embrace new ways of working. We belong to Icknield Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN employs clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists and a social prescriber. The time is split between the member practices. You may be offered an appointment or referral to any of these if appropriate.
