Child Health Immunisation

Please book an appointment with the nurse at your convenience. It is important to keep to the schedule for child’s immunisations.

Antenatal Care

In conjunction with the community midwife we provide full maternity care before and after delivery.

Antenatal clinic Tuesdays 1.30pm.

Anti-coagulation Clinic

A nurse led clinic is held every Wednesday by appointment only.

Stop Smoking Services

Well Woman Screening

All women aged 25-65 years are offered a smear test according to national protocols.
NHS Health Checks and Well Person Checks are carried out by our health care assistant.

Family Planning

All aspects of family planning advice including pre-conceptual counselling.

The Extended Access Service

12PointCare GP Federation are committed to improving access to General Practice.

From October 2018 patients will be able to see a GP or another health professional between 6.30pm and 8.00pm on weekdays, 8.00am and 4.00pm on Saturdays and 8.00am – 12.00pm on Sundays 365 days of the year.

Our health professional team for the North Herts Extended Access Service consists of GPs, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
