Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Private sick notes
• To Whom It May Concern letters

As these services are not covered on the NHS the timeframe on the turn around for these are around 4-6 weeks and they will require payment upfront. Prices for any private work can be found by contacting the surgery.
