Unfortunately, we are very short staffed in the admin team currently. This means that we will have to prioritise urgent NHS work including 2 week wait referrals and urgent referrals. Whilst we will do our best to continue with non-urgent work, please be aware that there may be delays with the following.
- Private medical reports, including DVLA, benefits, holiday, insurance.
- Non urgent private referrals
- Non urgent administrative matters
- Administrative queries
- Complaint responses (investigation and correction of problem will not be delayed only the formal response)
